消息面上，重庆市医保局印发《关于辅助生殖类医疗服务价格项目及医保支付政策的通知》，明确从明年1月1日起，将精子优选处理、取卵术等13项治疗性辅助生殖类医疗服务项目纳入市基本医疗保险支付范围。四川也将于下月起将13项辅助生殖项目纳入医保。据悉，自2023年北京、广西将辅助生殖纳入医保报销范围，此后多个省份陆续跟进，截至2024年9月，已达到20个省份。另外广东、云南也明确在10月纳入。
另外，国家统计局正式批准了中国人口与家庭发展状况抽样调查制度和方案。本次调查将抽取150个监测县、1500个社区（村居），调查样本30000人，调查内容将聚焦影响群众生育意愿和生育行为的主要因素，了解家庭在生育养育方面的现实困难和需求，全面分析“不想生、不敢生”原因，为完善生育支持政策和激励措施、有效解决群众“急难愁盼”、促进生育政策落地见效提供科学依据。
