智通财经APP获悉， 美兰空港(00357) 高开逾8%，截至发稿，涨8.22%，报8.56港元，成交额130.11万港元。
消息面上，美兰空港公告，樟宜国际机场与海南美兰国际机场股份有限公司签署合资协议，合资公司将管理海口美兰国际机场的非航业务。海南美兰国际机场持股51%，樟宜持股49%。合资公司将自2025年1月起独家管理美兰机场零售、餐饮、广告、休闲和其他服务，约定期限为10年。
公告称，樟宜中国为Changi Airports International Pte.Ltd.(CAI)的全资附属公司。预期透过成立合营公司，樟宜中国将可凭借CAI及其于各方面(其中包括招商管理、品牌引进及机场规划等)的优势为美兰机场的商业营运赋能。
