东软教育签2.7亿公寓工程合同 预计2025年底完工
财中社10月23日电 东软教育（09616）发布公告，宣布大连学院与华禹建设签订东软教育健康医疗科技园公寓工程的总承包施工合同。合同暂定金额为2.7亿元，具体金额可根据后续施工图纸的完善进行调整，预计固定代价不超过2.95亿元。
该工程的承包范围包括土地现状的清理、基础工程、主结构、外墙等多项内容，预计工程将在2024年10月27日开始，最迟于2025年12月30日完成。由于合同项下的交易最高适用百分比率超过25%但低于50%，因此只需遵守申报及公告的规定，无需股东批准。
本项目旨在扩建大连学院的校园，以满足日益增长的学生需求，并促进教育与健康医疗的深度融合。华禹建设作为长期合作伙伴，具备丰富的施工经验，有助于确保工程质量。
