智通财经APP获悉，华润建材科技(01313)跌近4%，截至发稿，跌3.92%，报1.96港元，成交额997.12万港元。
消息面上，华润建材科技拟于10月25日举行董事局会议考虑及通过前三季度业绩。公司此前发布盈警公告称，预计9月止九个月纯利将同比减少约47%-57%，主要原因为期间内集团水泥产品及混凝土销售价格较2023年同期下降，导致综合毛利及综合毛利率减少。
长江证券指出，华南区域当前受房地产投资环境影响，水泥需求阶段性承压，但是中周期来看，大湾区建设提供中期建设动能。同时区域供给目前已经收尾，市场已经进入再平衡过程。此外，区域市场集中度较高，具备较好的协同基础，华润建材科技作为区域龙头，具备规模、布点等综合优势。同时，近年来公司大力布局骨料，目前进入收获期，为公司带来新的成长曲线。
