智通财经APP讯，白云山(00874)公布，于2024年9月12日，广州医药与兴证资管签订《兴业圆融—广州医药应收账款4期资产支持专项计划基础资产买卖协议》，发行规模为人民币10亿，据此，广州医药于2024年10月23日与兴证资管签订《交割确认函》，确认向兴证资管出售初始基础资产，并收到购买价款人民币10亿元。广州医药为该公司的一家于中国成立的非全资附属公司，由该公司拥有90.92%股权。
公告称，广州医药通过该等交易项下的交易利用应收账款进行资产证券化，可以将应收账款转变为流动性较高的现金资产，达到盘活资产存量的目的。
