米高集团(09879.HK) 公布，于本周一(21日)与四川政府机构达成协议，终止于四川省绵阳市新建一个钾肥生产设施的合作协议，并于同日签订终止协议。集团指，将不再实施新四川生产设施的原计划，且需重新评估建设新钾肥生产设施的可行性及场地。
另外，米高集团计划将于越南巴地头顿省富美建立生产设施，建筑面积约63,510平方米，主要生产硫酸钾及氮钾复合肥，一条生产线，其设计年产能约8万吨硫酸钾及约10万吨氮钾复合肥，成本合计约2.65亿元人民币。
集团估计，基于东南亚及南亚目前的市场需求，假设相关产品的市场价格保持不变，在扩大产能后，越南设施生产的产品每年将产生约4亿至5亿元人民币销售额。(js/k)
