智通财经APP讯，中国金石(01380)发布公告，于2024年10月24日，该公司与卖方Sino-American Energy SpA就可能收购事项订立谅解备忘录。
根据谅解备忘录，该公司表示有意收购与Pureo 项目(为位于智利南部洛斯里奥斯大区瓦尔迪维亚省马尔基纳公社(Mariquina commune, Valdivia Province, Los Rios Region)的黄金开采项目，下称“Pureo项目”)相关的七个采矿权，并与卖方合作发展Pureo项目。该七个采矿权涵盖的采矿面积约为737公顷。
董事认为，可能收购事项乃集团透过进军智利黄金开采业多元化其业务组合的战略机遇，将为公司提供更多机会以巩固收入基础及增强竞争优势。董事认为，可能收购事项乃确保长期增长及提升股东价值的积极举措。
