民生国际(00938.HK) 公布，附属公司重庆皇石接获重庆市高级人民法院的正式聆讯通知，将于明日(24日)在重庆高级法院就诉讼进行聆讯。
民生国际表示，将继续咨询其中国法律顾问，积极主张及执行其在法律诉讼中的权利，并监察法律诉讼对集团的影响。另外，重庆皇石将继续积极与贷款人磋商，以期友好解决争议并修订贷款协议的条款。(js/w)
