智通财经APP获悉，微创系早盘走高，截至发稿，微创机器人-B(02252)涨7.77%，报9.85港元；微创医疗(00853)涨6.41%，报6.81港元；微创脑科学(02172)涨3.7%，报10.08港元。
消息面上，市场消息称，大冢控股公司正在考虑出售微创医疗的股份。知情人士称，在收到潜在投资者的初步兴趣后，这家日本制药商正与一名顾问合作，对其少数股权进行评估。截至2024年6月30日，大冢控股公司是微创医疗的最大股东，持有其20.87%的股份。
摩根士丹利此前研报指，下调微创医疗2027-2030年的每股盈测5-9%，以反映在持续的定价压力下，对2027-30年的增长和利润率假设较为保守，并相应地将SOTP估值中各业务部门的折让率由10-11%调高至11-13.5%。因此，大摩下调微创医疗目标价14%，由7.4港元降至6.4港元。维持“与大市同步”评级。
