快科技10月23日消息，微软日前发布警告称，某些杀毒软件在Windows 11 24H2版本中运行时，会导致应用（主要是Excel和Word等Office软件）崩溃卡死。

　　微软表示，受影响的系统安装了CrowdStrike的Falcon传感器软件，没错，就是今年7月份因为安全更新故障，导致全球超过850万台Windows系统电脑出现蓝屏故障的CrowdStrike。

　　目前已知所有Windows 11 24H2版本，无论是升级还是全新安装，均会受到影响，只要 CrowdStrike Falcon启动了“Enhanced Exploitation Visibility Prevention Policy（增强型利用可见性防护政策）”，就会受到影响。

　　微软表示，这一问题主要影响企业和受管理的IT环境，普通消费者使用的家庭或专业版Windows设备不太可能面临此问题。

　　不过幸运的是，微软称这个问题已经通过临时解决方案得到缓解。

　　同时微软还表示，正在和CrowdStrike合作解决这一问题，并将尽快推出永久性解决方案。
