【特斯拉首批入列 我国正式启动增值电信业务对外开放试点】金十数据10月23日讯，记者从工业和信息化部获悉，10月23日起，北京、上海、海南、深圳4地正式启动增值电信业务扩大对外开放试点工作。在获批开展试点的地区，外资企业可独资经营互联网数据中心等增值电信业务。上海市经济和信息化委员会副主任张宏韬在接受采访时表示，上海试点中，目前已预填申报表格的企业包括特斯拉、托克、汇丰金科、西门子数字医疗科技、猎聘、勤达睿、亿利互联、Unity、普洛斯等10家外资企业。
