克莉丝汀(01210.HK) 公布，接获联交所日期为上周一(14日)的函件，表示因公司未能满足所有的复牌指引，联交所上市委员会已决定根据上市规则取消公司的上市地位。
克莉丝汀亦接获联交所日期为上周四(17日)的函件，表示上市委员会决定对非执行董事洪敦清违反上市规则一事实施处罚。并进一步指示，倘洪敦清于纪律行动声明日期起计14日后，继续担任公司或其任何附属公司的董事或高级管理层职务，克莉丝汀的上市地位将根据上市规则予以取消。
应克莉丝汀要求，其股份已自2023年4月3日起停牌，以待刊发截至2022年12月31日止年度之年度业绩公告，并将继续暂停买卖，直至另行通知为止。(js/k)
