2024年10月21日晚，中国银行作为牵头主承销商及簿记管理人，协助新加坡大华银行在中国银行间债券市场成功发行50亿元人民币熊猫债。本次发行债券期限3年，票面利率2.30%，不仅创下外国金融机构3年期熊猫债最大发行规模，也刷新了东南亚地区发行人熊猫债发行金额新高。

　　中国银行曾于2019 年协助大华银行成功发行新加坡市场首单熊猫债。此次两家机构再度携手，进一步为促进中新金融市场的互联互通和人民币国际化添加助力。本次发行募集的资金将用于发行人在中国香港及东盟地区的分支机构，为大华银行开展人民币相关业务提供资金。本次发行获得包括银行、基金公司、证券公司等中国境内外投资人的高度关注和积极认购，全场认购倍数超过1.73倍，境外投资人占比为36%。
