China Aerospace International's (HKG:0031) subsidiary Aerospace Technology received a first-instance judgment from the Shenzhen City Nanshan District People's Court on Friday, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The judgment was regarding its claim against Jindian Industrial for the joint and several liabilities under a guarantee contract.
The court had ordered Jindian to compensate Aerospace Technology with up to half of the unpaid portion of the outstanding debt related to Hangke Houhai within 10 days. Other claims of Aerospace Technology were dismissed.
The hi-tech manufacturing and aerospace service business company's shares were down over 3% on Tuesday's close.
