智通财经APP获悉，美兰空港(00357)再涨超6%，截至发稿，涨4.98%，报9.69港元，成交额2428.34万港元。
消息面上，美兰空港公布，与独立第三方樟宜机场(中国)于海南成立合营，合营将由公司及樟宜机场(中国)分别持股51%及49%。合资公司计划自2025年1月起，独家管理美兰机场的零售、餐饮、广告、休闲和其他服务，合作期限为10年。
华泰证券则指出，美兰空港上半年归母净亏损为2.48亿，低于前预期，主因免税等非航业务恢复不佳，且仲裁案件公司需进行赔偿2.73亿。中长期看，在海南自贸港建设的红利下，公司T2航站楼21年底投产后，正处于产能爬坡周期，有望充分挖掘现有产能潜力，流量及盈利将持续回暖。财通证券则指出，目前顺周期预期下，海南旅游大盘有望得到修复，同时可以展望客单价修复对于销售额回暖的带动。
