智通财经APP讯，熙康云医院(09686)发布公告，鉴于近期市场的信息，基于审慎原则，并综合考虑公司现有业务状况及对未来审计服务的需求，经公司与罗兵咸永道会计师事务所(罗兵咸永道)沟通关于更换核数师的建议后，罗兵咸永道同意辞任公司核数师，自2024年10月21日起生效。
在审计委员会建议下，董事会已决议委任安永会计师事务所(安永)为公司新核数师，自2024年10月21日起生效，以填补罗兵咸永道辞任后产生的临时空缺，并任职至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
