格隆汇10月22日｜德国工业集团蒂森克虏伯(Thyssenkrupp)说，私募股权公司凯雷投资集团(Carlyle Group)已退出对其海事部门股权的竞购。蒂森克虏伯周二称尽管凯雷退出，但该公司仍致力于将其海事系统部门独立出来。此前，凯雷和蒂森克虏伯在3月份同意对该业务部门可能的股权出售进行尽职调查。该部门生产潜艇、海军舰艇以及水面和水下技术。凯雷投资集团不予置评。
