嘉里建设(00683.HK) 九龙半山项目“缇外”(Mont Verra)今日(21日)成功招标售出第5座地下A室花园大宅，继上星期一(14日)售出第2座地下B室花园大宅后，再度录得成交，八日内连沽两伙花园大宅，套现逾3.5亿元；今年已火速售出6伙花园大宅，余下最后3伙待售。
最新售出单位为“缇外”第5座地下A室花园大宅，实用面积为4,311平方呎，属四房四套房另加双工人房间隔，刚以1.85亿元成交，平均实用面积呎价约42,913元。上述单位成交价包括1个住宅停车位。
