智通财经APP获悉，微创医疗(00853)涨近4%，截至发稿，涨3.76%，报6.63港元，成交额6651.08万港元。
消息面上，近日有市场消息称，大冢控股正考虑出售微创医疗的股份，有潜在投资者表示了初步兴趣，目前大冢制药正在与顾问合作，对其股权进行评估。天眼查显示，截至2024年6月30日，大冢控股持股比例达 20.87%，仍是微创医疗的第一大股东。财报显示，今年上半年，微创医疗实现收入5.59亿美元，同比增加15.77%；权益股东应占亏损9683万美元，同比收窄40.46%。
值得注意的是，今年4月，微创医疗宣布获得高瓴等提供的1.5亿美元可换股定期贷款融资，外加多个金融机构合计超3亿美元的信贷支持，不过，公司面临对赌压力。如2025年微创心律必须成功上市，若未完成上市目标，微创医疗将被赎回2.5亿美元；微创医疗需要在3年内扭亏，否则高瓴有权要求其提前偿可换股贷款。
