盛京银行启动“助力发展新质生产力 走进千家专精特新”专项活动
盛京银行近日在全行范围内启动“助力发展新质生产力走进千家专精特新”专项活动。盛京银行安排自2024年10月至2025年6月，集中走访专精特新中小企业、专精特新“小巨人”企业、制造业单项冠军企业千家以上，主动给各类专精特新企业送政策、送产品、送服务，努力为相关企业主体提供更加精准、高效的综合金融服务。截至2024年9月末，盛京银行科技型企业信贷余额比年初增长72%，科技型企业信贷客户数量比年初增长39%。
2024年以来，该行紧随国家战略，将科技金融纳入核心业务规划，结合科技型企业研发投入、专利情况、成长空间、政策支持等要素进行企业画像，创新推出并不断完善“科技研发贷”“科技人才贷”“科技积分贷”“科技认股选择权”等科技金融系列信贷产品，服务科技型企业全生命周期发展。通过强化内部联动、外部协同、跨界融合，努力为科技型企业提供全链条、多元化、接力式金融服务。
盛京银行方面表示，专精特新企业是推进新型工业化、发展新质生产力的重要生力军。希望通过实地走访服务，全面提升服务专精特新企业质效，进一步完善金融支持科技创新的工作机制，为赋能新质生产力发展，助力推动高水平科技自立自强作出新贡献。（安闻）
