智通财经APP讯，中国铝业(02600)发布公告，鉴于公司2021年限制性股票激励计划(激励计划)首次授予的20名激励对象退休且不继续在公司或下属子公司任职、11名激励对象因不受个人控制的工作调动等客观原因与公司解除劳动关系、1名激励对象发生负面情形，预留授予的2名激励对象退休且不继续在公司或下属子公司任职、 5名激励对象因不受个人控制的工作调动等客观原因与公司解除劳动关系、2名激励对象因死亡终止劳动关系，公司本次拟对上述激励对象的全部或部分限制性股票合计188.23万股进行回购注销。
公司已经在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司上海分公司(中国结算上海分公司)开设了回购专用证券账户，并向中国结算上海分公司递交了本次回购注销相关申请，预计本次限制性股票将于2024年10月25日完成回购注销，公司后续将依法办理相关工商变更登记手续。
