金融界10月22日消息，中泽丰国际有限公司（中泽丰）在二零二四年四月二十五日公布的截至二零二三年十二月三十一日止年度年报中明确指出，2019年7月和2023年4月股份认购所得款项的用途。报告中指出，中泽丰在2019年十二月由宝新发展有限公司完成认购的4,000,000,000股新股份所得款项中，999.4百万港元的所得款项净额中，55.6百万港元尚未动用，该笔款项将用于偿还到期债务，以降低借贷成本。另外，中泽丰在2023年七月由中浩发展有限公司完成认购的800,000,000股新股份所得款项中，224.7百万港元的所得款项净额中，约134.0百万港元及8.6百万港元已分别划拨偿还到期债务及本集团一般营运资金，有关款项尚未动用。此外，2023年十二月三十一日，中泽丰公司就应收贷款及垫款确认减值损失约721,612,000港元。以上数据未经审核。
