0524 GMT - China's September economic data improved but the continuation of growth momentum will depend on effective policy implementation, CCB International analysts Li Cui and Huiting Yan say in a research note. Strong trade activity, and policy measures supported manufacturing and goods consumption last month, the analyst say. CCB estimates that accelerated government spending, as pledged by ministry of finance recently, could boost 4Q GDP growth by more than 1 percentage point, which could help China achieve its 5% annual growth target.
