Asian Micro Subsidiary Signs Loan Deal with Controlling Shareholder

Asian Micro Holdings (SGX:585) subsidiary, Leverage Income, entered into an interest free loan agreement with controlling shareholder Lim Kee Liew, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Tuesday.

The 5.0 million ringgit loan will be repaid in full upon demand by the lender when the subsidiary has sufficient funds available, the filing said.

The loan will be utilized for the construction of six units of a three story shop office in Penang, Malaysia.
