【楼市年轻人口“争夺战”：多地购房补贴扩围至中专生】金十数据10月24日讯，此前，很多地方的购房补贴一般针对硕博毕业生，后来又扩容到本科生、中高级技术人才，之后不少地方宣布大专生也可享受购房补贴。目前，中专（中职）毕业生也逐步成为一些地区的购房补贴对象。比如，湖北省宜昌市、甘肃省平凉市、重庆市荣昌区等地宣布，中专（中职）毕业生可享受购房补贴。上海易居房地产研究院副院长严跃进表示，从各地来看，购房补贴单人获得的补贴金额并不算大，但整体补贴的总量比较大，政策还是很有力度的。“但是购房补贴有时候申请流程复杂，我个人建议不如直接减免契税，更有可操作性。”
