JinkoSolar Holding (JKS) shares were over 1% higher after the company said its Jinko Solar unit plans to issue 1 billion A shares of stock at 1 Chinese renminbi ($0.14) per share in the form of global depositary shares representing 10 shares, to be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany.
Alphabet's (GOOG, GOOGL) Google on Friday was granted a stay of a court order demanding it open its Play store to other apps' payment methods pending consideration of its appeal. Alphabet shares were down 0.1% premarket.
Parsons (PSN) shares were slightly higher after the company said it has agreed to acquire BCC Engineering, a transportation engineering firm, in an all-cash deal valued at $230 million.
