智通财经APP获悉，内房股早盘普跌，截至发稿，融信中国(03301)跌8.96%，报0.61港元；融创中国(01918)跌4.86%，报2.35港元；越秀地产(00123)跌3.5%，报6.07港元；新城发展(01030)跌2.27%，报2.15港元。
消息面上，统计局此前公布1-9月份地产数据。华创证券指出，9月销售季调面积、金额边际改善，9月底地产政策频出，一线城市高频数据率先增长，预计10月销售数据同比改善，政策效果持续性仍有待观察。该行指出，乐观预期在“止跌回稳”的要求下，预计仍有政策尝试，关注第二波政策博弈机会。
平安证券指出，无论城改货币化、“白名单”扩容或专项债收储等均瞄准当下“存量库存过高、有效需求不足”的堵点，若楼市未“止跌回稳”，百万城改或仅是开端、更多打通收储痛点政策或在路上，不应低估政策决心。国金证券指出，9月底以来一系列政策支持下，当前多地楼市热度较高，若核心城市能够持续释放市场止跌企稳积极的信号，则有望提振信心、改善预期，真正迎来地产止跌企稳的拐点。
