智通财经APP获悉，金斯瑞生物科技(01548)午后跌近5%，截至发稿，跌4.58%，报12.08港元，成交额8749.63万港元。
消息面上，金斯瑞发布公告称，传奇生物的财务业绩不再合并入公司财务报表，公司将其视为对联营公司的投资。交银国际指出，会计处理变化在利润端带来正面一次性影响。解除合并传奇后，金斯瑞的经营层面利润将更准确地反映非细胞治疗业务情况。随着 2025-26 年非细胞业务收入增速复苏至 20%左右，扭亏为盈路径将进一步清晰。预计2024 年起金斯瑞将全面进入盈利区间。
此外，今年市场上一度传出金斯瑞拟出售传奇生物的消息，但传闻至今未落地。金斯瑞首席财务官、投资者关系副总裁魏师牛表示，这次的变更，更多是会计方式上的变更，并没有改变金斯瑞跟传奇生物之间的经济利益，同时，传奇生物还是金斯瑞非常重要的一块资产，金斯瑞以及公司管理层，对于细胞治疗业务仍然是有高度期待的，目前公司方面不会进行任何战略调整。
