智通财经APP讯，卓航控股(01865)发布公告，于2024年10月22日(星期二)下午四时正(即配售代理配售未获认购供股股份的最后时限)，所有4.78亿股未获认购供股股份已按配售价每股供股股份 0.18港元成功配售予32名承配人。因此，根据补偿安排，概无净收益获变现及可供分派予不行动股东。据董事经作出一切合理查询后所深知、尽悉及确信，各承配人及(如适用)彼等各自的最终实益拥有人为独立于本公司及其关连人士，且与彼等概无关连，亦非本公司的关连人士;及除刘建甫先生外，概无承配人在配售事项完成后成为本公司的主要股东。其中一名承配人刘建甫先生获配售8198.4万股供股股份(约占本公司经供股扩大后总已发行股本的11.57%)，故刘建甫先生在供股完成后成为本公司主要股东。章程所载有关供股的所有条件已获达成，供股于2024年10月22日(星期二)下午四时正成为无条件。
