格隆汇10月24日｜麦当劳在美国爆发集体食物中毒，近50人感染大肠杆菌，至少一人死亡、10人留医，怀疑源头是“足三两”汉堡的洋葱。麦当劳周三称全美13000多家餐厅中有五分之一下架了“足三两”汉堡，而正在调查此事件的美国疾控中心(CDC)预计将有更多病例出现。

麦当劳表示，CDC和麦当劳正在仔细检查食材中的洋葱丝与牛肉汉堡排，以厘清感染爆发的原因。麦当劳发言人补充，尚未排除牛肉为部分感染源的可能性。

分析师认为，麦当劳第四季营收可能因事件而受压，但判断是否会比前两次大肠杆菌感染事件更加严重，还为时尚早。
