消息面上，中煤能源公布2024年第三季度业绩，营业收入约474.28亿元，同比增长1.2%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润约48.26亿元，同比减少0.6%，环比则微增0.2%；扣非归母净利润为47.7亿元，同比减少1%，环比微增0.1%。
民生证券指出，尽管三季度煤化工业务环比表现略有拖累，但一方面，公司煤炭业务在高长协的保障下环比稳步增长；另一方面，公司投资净收益为6.6亿元、环比增长6.6%，所得税率20.4%、环比下滑2.8个百分点，从而公司业绩实现环比上升。该行指，公司煤炭主业具备内部和外部的延展性，叠加高长协特点保障盈利稳步提升；且煤化一体的协同模式有助于提高估值。
