智通财经APP获悉，中国中药(00570)再跌近5%，截至发稿，跌4.47%，报2.35港元，成交额2.78亿港元。
消息面上，10月18日，中国中药发布公告，因先决条件未得到满足，该公司控股股东国药集团以每股4.6港元的价格将中国中药私有化的计划正式告吹。据悉，今年2月，中国中药发布公告称，国药集团拟以每股4.6港元的价格将中国中药私有化。对于此次私有化的原因，中国中药认为由于二级市场的交易量有限，其作为上市公司融资平台功能存在受限。
据悉，于2021年1月，有消息称国药集团牵头的财团计划以每股至少5.10港元的价格私有化中国中药；同年8月，中国中药公告私有化进程不再推进。2022年12月，又有消息指，国药集团考虑以每股6港元的价格将中国中药私有化，随后公司公告称，国药集团经初步研究后决定不对公司进行私有化相关安排。
