Newborn Town Buys Back Shares Under RSU Award Scheme

Three D Partners bought back a total of 4,836,000, or 0.4%, shares in Newborn Town (HKG:9911) between Oct. 8 and Oct. 18, under an award scheme, an Oct. 18 bourse filing said.

The shares were repurchased from the market for around HK$15.6 million or HK$3.23 per share, according to the internet marketing company.

Following the buyback, Three D Partners holds a total of 46,836,069 shares under Newborn Town's restricted share unit (RSU) award scheme, under which it is authorized to repurchase the shares.
