智通财经APP讯，FIT HON TENG(06088)公布，于2024年10月23日，公司的直接全资附属公司Foxconn Interconnect Technology Singapore Pte. Ltd.(FIT新加坡)与该集团独立第三方订立股份认购协议，据此，待股份认购协议项下若干先决条件获达成或豁免后，FIT新加坡同意认购合资企业Smart Mobility SJSC(名称有待有关主管机构正式批准)的新股份，并通过几个阶段的出资向合资企业注入相当于5000万美元的沙特里亚尔现金，FIT新加坡将持有合资企业全部已发行股本的50%。合营企业将被归类为公司非全资附属公司，其业绩将根据适用的会计准则并入该集团。
