FIT HON TENG子公司注资5000万美元入股合资企业
FIT HON TENG（06088）发布公告，旗下全资附属公司Foxconn Interconnect Technology Singapore Pte. Ltd（FIT新加坡）与独立第三方签订股份认购协议，计划向合资企业Smart Mobility SJSC注资5000万美元的沙特里亚尔现金。交易完成后，FIT新加坡将持有合资企业50%的股份。
此次交易的相关适用百分比率均低于5%，因此不构成本公司的须予公布交易。合营企业将被归类为FIT HON TENG的非全资附属公司，其业绩将根据适用的会计准则并入本集团。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖证券时需谨慎行事。
