消息面上，重庆市医保局近日印发《关于辅助生殖类医疗服务价格项目及医保支付政策的通知》，明确从明年1月1日起，将精子优选处理、取卵术等13项治疗性辅助生殖类医疗服务项目纳入市基本医疗保险支付范围。参保人员使用符合条件的辅助生殖类医疗服务项目产生的医疗费用，由基本医疗保险基金支付，不设起付标准，职工医疗保险、城乡居民医疗保险报销比例分别为70%、50%，计入年度基金最高支付限额，不挤占普通门诊统筹限额，个人负担费用可由个人账户支付。治疗期间发生的其他符合医疗保险规定的医药费用，按市医疗保险政策执行。
