智通财经APP讯，中国外运(00598)公布，公司拟通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式进行股份回购，公司已与中国银行股份有限公司北京市分行(以下简称：中行北京分行)签署了《合作协议》，并获得其出具的《贷款承诺函》。中行北京分行将为公司的 A 股股票回购项目提供不超过人民币3.794亿元的贷款额度，贷款利率原则上不超过 2.25%且不超过市场利率。
