智通财经APP讯，辽港股份(02880)发布公告，公司于2024年10月14日在上海证券交易所网站披露了《辽宁港口股份有限公司关于控股股东之一致行动人增持公司股份计划的公告》，公司控股股东之一致行动人大连港集团有限公司(以下简称“大连港”)拟通过上海证券交易所允许的方式(包括但不限于集中竞价交易、大宗交易等)增持公司A股股份;总体增持金额不低于2.5亿元人民币(含本数)，但不高于5亿元人民币(含本数);本次增持计划的实施期限为自该公告披露之日起12个月;本次增持计划增持价格上限为2.06元/股(以下简称：本次增持计划)。
2024年10月23日，公司收到大连港《关于大连港集团有限公司获得A股股份增持资金贷款支持的告知函》。为响应党中央、国务院决策部署，根据《中国人民银行、金融监管总局、中国证监会关于设立股票回购增持再贷款有关事宜的通知》，大连港与中国银行股份有限公司大连分行(以下简称：“中国银行”)签署了《中国银行与大连港集团有限公司之合作协议》，中国银行拟为大连港提供增持上市公司股票的融资支持，贷款额度不超过3.5亿元人民币，专项用于通过集中竞价交易方式增持辽港股份A股股票。因此，本次增持计划的资金来源为大连港自有或自筹资金，其中自筹资金不超过3.5亿元人民币，其他资金为自有资金。
