消息面上，中泰国际发布研报称，首予浪潮数字企业“买入”评级，目标价5.5港元。报告指，公司自2017年期加速向云服务业务转型，云服务收入快速提升，成为公司核心驱动力。云服务收入2019至2023年间的复合增长率为50.7%;2023年云服务收入占比为24.1%，预计将保持增长态势。云业务的运营利润亏损率近年不断改善，2023年为-2.8%，预计2024年云服务开始扭亏为盈，并逐步带动公司整体利润提升。
另外，国家政策引领企业数字化转型升级和创新，多项政策推动ERP行业改革。该行指，企业管理系统涉及众多企业核心数据，对提升企业经营能力至关重要，要实现真正的自主可控，办公室基础软件的国产化既是首要也是必然。浪潮数字凭借自身产品的优势，与浪潮集团旗下其他子公司形成协同效益，助力集团型企业客户数字化转型及提升数字化能力和建构云计算平台。
