Laplace New Energy Technology (SHA:688726) seeks to raise up to 712.6 million yuan after pricing its initial public offering on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The Chinese photovoltaic equipment and services supplier is offering up to 40.5 million shares for 17.58 yuan apiece, according to a bourse filing on Oct. 18.
Subscriptions began on Oct. 18 and the company will trade under stock code 688726 and stock name Laplace.
