美兰空港早盘持续走高，股价上涨7.29%，现报9.12港元，成交额1701.09万港元。
新加坡樟宜国际机场与海南美兰国际机场股份有限公司宣布签署合资协议，双方将共同成立一家合资公司。根据协议，海南美兰国际机场将持有合资公司51%的股份，而樟宜国际机场则持有49%。合资公司计划自2025年1月起，独家管理美兰机场的零售、餐饮、广告、休闲和其他服务，合作期限为10年。
华泰证券指出，美兰空港上半年归母净亏损为2.48亿，低于我们此前预期的净利润1.05亿，主因免税等非航业务恢复不佳，且仲裁案件公司需进行赔偿2.73亿。中长期看，在海南自贸港建设的红利下，公司T2航站楼21年底投产后，正处于产能爬坡周期，有望充分挖掘现有产能潜力，流量及盈利将持续回暖。
