智通财经APP获悉，光伏运营商午后涨幅扩大，截至发稿，卡姆丹克太阳能(00712)涨32.97%，报0.121港元；顺风清洁能源(01165)涨31.58%，报0.05港元；信义能源(03868)涨4.82%，报0.87港元；协合新能源(00182)涨3.7%，报0.56港元。
消息面上，10月15日，省间电力现货市场转入正式运行，这是全国统一电力市场建设的里程碑事件，我国电力市场化交易范围进一步扩大，全国统一电力市场体系架构初步建成。中信证券指出，省间电力现货市场发展有助挖掘跨省消纳潜力，通过更有效的价格信号等手段促进新能源消纳。
此外，国金证券指出，估值大幅折价的新能源发电运营商在降息和电价政策预期改善的背景下有望迎接估值修复。长江证券则指出，新能源补贴作为欠款的一部分，有望随着此次推进拖欠问题解决存在进一步缓解甚至解决的预期，绿电现金流也有望得到切实改善。
