消息面上，中国金石发布公告，郑永晖先生已因其他个人工作承诺而辞任公司执行董事，自2024年10月21日起生效。值得注意的是，今年8月30日，郑永晖增持中国金石841.1万股；9月12日，郑永晖增持中国金石476.7万股。数据显示，郑永晖最新持股比例约为26.23%。
据悉，中国金石矿业控股有限公司是一家主要从事开采、加工及买卖大理石材及大理石相关产品业务的中国投资控股公司。公司拥有及经营的矿山包括张家坝矿山及土基寺矿山。公司的主要产品包括米黄色大理石板材和荒料。公司还通过其子公司从事建筑幕墙工程设计与施工业务及建筑装修装饰业务。
