BlockBeats 消息，10 月 24 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，总部位于瑞士的加密货币做市公司 Portofino Technologies 今年早些时候获得英国金融行为监管局（FCA）的批准，为英国的机构加密货币客户提供服务。但近几个月来，由于公司联合创始人和首席财务官被解雇，该公司员工大量流失。7 月份，Portofino 的首席运营官兼联合创始人 Alex Casimo 和首席财务官 Jae Park 均被解雇。此举引发了战略和运营主管 Vincent Prieur 和全球业务发展主管 Shane O'Callaghan 以及公司大量员工的辞职。
知情人士透露，自这两名高管被解雇以来，已有 10 至 12 人离职或正在履行离职义务，占当时公司员工总数的 30%-40%。Portofino Technologies 发言人说，该公司已聘用新任首席财务官 Mark Blackborough 和高级销售交易员 Olivier Sultan；自那时以来，该公司一直在积极招聘，目前有四个职位空缺；公司的员工人数已恢复到夏季的水平。
