源宇宙教育(01082.HK) 公布，旗下子公司高视维创意科技(深圳)分别于今年8月26日及10月22日，与深圳和泱科创订立合作协议及补充协议，以就推动人工智能赋能教育改革创新和高端职业培训业务所进行之合作制定框架。
据合作协议列明，双方将合作共同开发、推广及销售教育产品。其中包括于深圳开展一所专业及职业培训中心，融合双方的课程内容形成新的职业培训课程体系，导入人工智能技术提升教育的质量和效率；并共同推动产业方的产教融合模式的合作，包括专科学历教育、继续教育和职业技能培训等。
另外，和泱科创亦会为合作导入旗下优质产业方企业，作为产教融合业务的基础客群。首批产业方名单包括中国稀土集团、深圳市爱多纷科技发展、软通动力信息技术(集团)等，潜在培育需求逾2万名学员。
源宇宙教育认为，合作协议有助于集团推展其国内人工智能教育业务；配合集团早前与VIVERSE的合作；将更快速地扩大其于不断增长之国内数字化教育市场之份额。(js/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
