Cigna (CI) is continuing merger talks with Humana (HUM) after such discussions fell apart last year, Bloomberg reported on Friday.
Shares of Cigna retreated 4.5% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 2.8 million from a daily average of roughly 1.2 million.
Lufax Holding (LU) shares fell past 6% after the company swung to a Q3 loss as total income declined.
Over 3.7 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 3 million.
Goldman Sachs downgraded Canada Goose (GOOS) to sell from neutral while adjusting its price target to $9 from $11.50.
BNN TV noted that the downgrade followed increased competition, slowing demand for luxury products, and macro challenges in China.
Shares of Canada Goose fell nearly 7%, with intraday trading volume at more than 981,000 versus a daily average of about 694,000.
