智通财经APP讯，康达环保(06136)公布，于2024年10月22日，承租人(为该公司间接全资附属公司美陵环境科技(淄博)有限公司)与出租人广东绿金融资租赁有限公司订立融资租赁协议，据此，出租人同意(其中包括)以人民币5000万元向承租人收购资产的所有权，并将资产返租予承租人，供彼使用及占有，期限为72个月(自上述代价付款日期起计)，租赁付款总额约为人民币6159.67万元。
资产包括位于中国山东省淄博市的污水处理设施。
