重庆市医保局印发《关于辅助生殖类医疗服务价格项目及医保支付政策的通知》，明确从明年1月1日起，将精子优选处理、取卵术等13项治疗性辅助生殖类医疗服务项目纳入市基本医疗保险支付范围。四川也将于下月起将13项辅助生殖项目纳入医保。据悉，自2023年北京、广西将辅助生殖纳入医保报销范围，此后多个省份陆续跟进，截至2024年9月，已达到20个省份。另外广东、云南也明确在10月纳入。
