智通财经APP获悉，万国黄金集团(03939)尾盘涨超5%，高见10港元，逼近历史前高10.02港元。截至发稿，涨3.99%，报9.9港元，成交额1264.42万港元。
消息面上，万国黄金此前公布，向紫金矿业的全资子公司金山(香港)国际矿业配售1.66亿股，所得款项总额将约为13.794亿港元，其中50%拟用作有关所罗门群岛金岭矿勘探及开发项目之拨款，及余下50%所得款项净额将用作一般营运资金。此外，公司近期将简称由“万国国际矿业集团有限公司”变更为“万国黄金集团有限公司”。
民生证券指出，公司拥有江西宜丰新庄铜多金属矿、所罗门群岛金岭金矿和西藏哇了格铅银矿三座矿山，并且资源储量丰富；宜丰矿稳定贡献利润，金岭金矿持续爬坡，未来地下矿扩产潜力较大，哇了格铅银矿探转采持续推进。叠加铜金价格景气向上，迎来量价齐升。
