BlockBeats 消息，10 月 22 日，Sky 联合创始人 Rune Christensen 发布社区提议称，社区中对于 Sky 代币和 Maker 品牌的角色仍然存在一些困惑，并且反馈表明，与 Sky 相比，Maker 品牌具有更强的亲和力。
Rune 表示，“现在比以往任何时候都更清楚，DeFi 社区对 Maker 品牌的喜爱和信任程度，人们对该品牌及其代表的稳定性、安全性和 DeFi 规模非常感兴趣。与升级到 SKY 相比，人们更愿意持有 MKR 代币。”
为了解决这些问题，他提出了三个可能的方向：继续以 Sky 为核心品牌，利用其近期的发展势头；重新定位 Maker 品牌的原有身份，同时恢复 MKR 作为唯一治理代币；最后，重新定位 Maker 品牌，使其焕然一新，并使其与 USDS 保持一致。
